How long does it take to receive an order?

Though our standard shipping window is 14-21 days, it takes on average 10 business days to receive an order.

What is your return policy?

An item in unusued and original condition (including packaging and label) can be return within 14 days after it's received. Final sale items cannot be returned.

I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?

Our standard processing times for all orders is 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

My package was lost in mail. What should I do?

If you haven't received you order within four weeks and your tracking status has not changed in two weeks, we will process a full refund.

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order.

Our shipping facility is located overseas, therefore it may take up to 21 business days to receive your order. If it's been longer than four weeks and you still haven't received your order, we will process a full refund.

My order tracking status is not updating.

It may take up to 7 days for tracking to be updated. Please send us an email or you contact form below if you order status hasn't changed in two weeks.

How do I place a return?

To place a return you must meet eligibility requirements. All items must be in original condition, including packaging and label. Final sale items cannot be returned. Please send us an email with your order number or use a form below to place a return.

Do you offer expedited delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited delivery at this moment.

Shipping & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No returns on sale items, except if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the tag has not been removed).


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
